1.  General Introduction

EJA110E differential pressure transmitter with single crystal silicon resonant sensor suitable to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well as liquid level, density and pressure. Standard accuracy is 0.055% and 0.04% accuracy can be reached with optional suffix code /HAC. Minimum measure range is range F with 0 to 5Kpa and range L with 0 to 10Kpa, which owns high performance capability for low flow, low level measurement; maximum measure range is 0 to 140bar which is also capable for some special high pressure work conditions such as oil & gas, refinery, power plant and nuclear plants. For static pressure, standard type is 160bar, but high pressure 250bar is also available with code /HG, High pressure-proof structure. Burst Pressure Limits is 69MPa (10,000 psi) for wetted parts material S, except for Measurement span F; 47MPa (6,800 psi) for wetted parts material other than S or Measurement span F.

Tantalum and monel capsule are also available for high corrosion working cases, in this case can also selected according cover flanges and process connectors, vend and drain plugs. For bolting material, B7 carbon steel, 316L SST or 660 SST selectable, for Cover O-rings, Buna-N and fluoro-rubber is optional; for Name plate and tag, it's standard based on 316 SST, liquid filling is Silicone, and fluorinated oil is optional.

EJA-E series models issued in 2016 for replacement of predecessor EJA-A series due to new regulations and approvals, and all EJA-E series are certified as complying with SIL 2 for safety requirement.
